Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

During 2017-18 Ecomotive worked with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to explore local interest in setting up a community land trust which would create and manage affordable homes for local people.

We delivered two successful workshops in Windsor and Maidenhead in November 2017 and supported an emerging group, Windsor and Maidenhead CLT, to develop its aims, objectives, legal structure and a business plan. We also advised the council on potential strategies and policies to help support the community-led housing sector to grow locally.
