Lincolnshire has relatively cheap land especially given that south lincs is served by trains from Peterborough that take 47 mins to London and to reach many other major cities being so central. The other advantage is that planning permission seems quite easy to obtain. They are keen on brown fill sites which are generally quite large here. It's worth looking into.
