I think if we're ever gonna be competitive in outcompeting development companies, we have to start buying land as a group, like the yard. I'm looking to buy by the fall if possible. I'm leaning towards Bristol, but I'm still open. It might be an idea to try and network with locals interested in self-build to pool the money together. I'm sure a section on this site will help. Let me know if you're trying to scrape together investment.
