Perhaps hill/mountainside, looking for between 4 to several thousand acres (Ideally buy 4+ acres now, with option to buy a few thousand later on when funds permit.), looking towards prices below £100 an acre. (I've seen land in Scotland sell for £60 an acre.)

Looking to build earth sheltered waterproof concrete dome homes to offer at below market rentals. (No properties to be sold, all rental.)

Starting with a single self build unit to prove the design and live in for my girlfriend and I.

Seeking off grid location, with aim to provide all services internally, ideally with a view to solar and geothermal exploitation.

And a long term view to building a 10,000 home eco-town with sustainable local industry.

10,000 homes. That's a big project. More power to you. Right now, I'm just working on one, but I am looking to go in on some land with people. I'm trying to meet and network with as many people a possible. I'm in London right now, but leaning towards Bristol. I'd love to meet up at some point though to throw some ideas around. Also, I'm trying to arrange a meeting to go to Bristol after the 15th to meet with some of the people from the site. If it works out, I'd be happy to offer you a lift.
