Perhaps hill/mountainside, looking for between 4 to several thousand acres (Ideally buy 4+ acres now, with option to buy a few thousand later on when funds permit.), looking towards prices below £100 an acre. (I've seen land in Scotland sell for £60 an acre.)

Looking to build earth sheltered waterproof concrete dome homes to offer at below market rentals. (No properties to be sold, all rental.)

Starting with a single self build unit to prove the design and live in for my girlfriend and I.

Seeking off grid location, with aim to provide all services internally, ideally with a view to solar and geothermal exploitation.

And a long term view to building a 10,000 home eco-town with sustainable local industry.
