About 0.6 acres of land, on which there is detailed planning
consent for four Survivor houses, will be sold imminently unless a better
price is offered. Offers over £100,000 are invited - ie £25k per house
plot.

If this money could be raised as a combined effort it could be carried
forward as a community build project. If anyone is interested,
individually or collectively, please phone immediately.

A previous planning obstacle requiring the widening of the existing road
has now been satisfied, but drains, services and access way need to be
provided.

Essentially, the land to the west of the existing prototype solar house
has detailed planning consent for four passive solar Survivor Houses with
linked double garages, (but could accommodate six if re-submitted plans
were drawn up).

There is planning consent to access either via the private T drive to the
4 plots, or via a new adoptable access road, on the other plan, to also
serve the three plots on the east of the prototype house for which
planning consent is being applied for.
